Adam is a partner in the New York and Palo Alto offices of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati focusing exclusively on customer-side representation in BPO and ITO transactions.  He advises clients on emerging outsourcing contract standards and trends and contract strategy, production, and negotiations.  Adam's clients have included prominent global companies in a variety of industries, including consumer goods, financial services, airlines, pharmaceuticals, food and agriculture, energy, oil & gas, apparel, entertainment, electronics, and information technology.
