As outsourced and shared services relationships evolve, organizations need to administer routine follow-ups to ensure the newly transformed operation succeeds from the kick-off of the agreement and maintains ongoing support throughout the term of the deal. In order to manage long-term contracts we provide services such as Health Checks, Governance, Service Agreement and Contract Management maintenance to ensure that relationships established three to five years previously are still viable and producing the expected results. We conduct monthly, quarterly and annual true-up reviews, including contract modifications to ensure the relationship remains aligned with the client’s expectations.
