Steve Kopp has more than 20 years’ business experience including 12 years of management consulting experience during which time he has helped more than 100 organizations with numerous improvement strategies to include: outsourcing, offshoring, shared services, organizational redesign, end-to-end process improvement, ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and complex program planning and leadership. Prior to joining Alsbridge, Steve was a principal-level consultant with the Hackett Group’s BPO advisory practice. Prior to the Hackett Group, he was the founder and Managing Partner of the CFO Advisory Group, a CFO consultancy specializing in elevating value for the G500 through outsourcing and offshoring of key processes. Prior to becoming a consultant in 1994, in addition, Steve spent seven years employed in senior finance executive positions with a F200 company, to include Division Controller, Manufacturing Controller, Directing Procurement & Disbursements, Directing Capital Planning, and CAO. He was also a CFO for a medium-sized manufacturing company and spent eight years in the US Army.
